• What are your session rates?

Session rates for individual sessions are $150 and $175 for family sessions. Payment is due at time of appointment.

• Do you accept insurance?

We currently accept Cigna, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield and United Healthcare.

• Do you offer in-person therapy sessions?

All sessions are currently conducted virtually at this time via a secure telehealth platform. I do not offer in person sessions at this time.

• What can I expect from therapy?

Each individual session is tailored to your individual needs. Treatment goals and expectations of therapy will be discussed during initial assessment/evaluation.

• How do I prepare for virtual therapy?

Be sure to have a reliable internet connection and be in a quiet, private area.
